Licensed Drone Photography & Videography
I am a licensed drone pilot with the FAA, which means that I successfully completed the FAA’s Part 107 exam. Drones are great for capturing stunning overview of locations and events. While a lot of drone operators fancy themselves as stunt pilots, I approach my drone flying as a serious photographer and videographer. In other words, I bring the same artistic eye that I have developed for creating images on the ground and apply those skills at a higher altitude.
On this page, I describe both the photography and videography that I can create for you with my drone.
Drone Photography
Most of the services that used to be provided by an aerial photographer in a plane can now be provided by a drone operator like me. And because I don’t have the overhead of an airplane, I can provide my services at a lower cost.
Who could benefit from having photos taken from a drone?
- Construction sites
- Apartment complexes
- Churches
- Schools
- Realtors
- Ranch owners
- Any business looking for a bird’s-eye view of their location

Drone Videography
Photos are great, but sometimes videos can be better at capturing the flow of action such as a timelapse of cars through a restaurant’s drive-thru or a more dynamic fly-over of a location. Although this video of a large battery factory under construction in Indiana has a music track, I can also add voice-over commentary.
